Will's background begins with sales and training work in the life, health, disability, and property / casualty insurance industry. In 1978 Will came to Newport Beach, California as a trainer and sales manager with Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company.  

In 1982 he founded his own marketing consulting company; Performance Strategies, Inc. With this company success Will entered a full time career as a professional motivational speaker. Key among his topics was training and motivational topics delivered to thousands of men and women in dozens of industries.

Mr. Robertson's experience includes working under contract with many of the Fortune 500 including all of the Bell Operating telephone companies, the automotive industry, as well as the insurance, banking, health care, transportation and software industries.
